The "M" in the title, No. 3 "M" stands for Manning. The eloquent Mr. Spack states "Since 'Manning' in my dictionary is not found, the only definition I can suggest was a place where they tried to make a man out of me as well as thousands of others especially the change from civilian life to the service."
